NC-140. PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.  A smaller format style with a lower left emblem of a hand holding a falchion aloft. This is a rare contemporary circulating counterfeit. It has a diagnostic tilting lower right upright in the obsolete (or long) style \"s\" in \"Treasury.\" The note is has clear differences from the genuine example in the Newman Collection (Newman Internet 2: 90164, January 11, 2017).
