The \"ABC\" monogram dates the plate to after 1858, and this is a late-dated note. The eagle at top center is flanked by oval dies. Intricate end panels show RHODE ISLAND at left and the denomination at right. Green protectors are across the note as \"1 ONE 1.\" The green security back has three oval dies that are off-center on this note. Ex: Eric P.
