Liberty, N.Y. and the style is similar to the New Jersey \"Torrey\" scrip. A train travels westward at center above the title. Liberty is in the lower left corner, and a farmer is seen sharpening his scythe at the upper right. The other corners show \"1\" dies. \"Rust Stains\" are noted by grading. The first we have seen.
