Titles encircle the vignette of three youths in the center. End panels are shown at left and right. Many classic Toppan vignettes used on Obsolete notes are displayed, including the rare allegorical scene of Washington depositing funds at the Bank of North America (near the bottom center). Small vignettes are interspersed throughout, and counters are at the top and bottom. All are contained within dies and portraits. Margins are complete, though narrow. It has excellent paper quality and is rare as such. Very Fine or better. Ex: Eric P.
