Lithographed in blue on white paper by J. Lipman, Milwaukee. The style is identical to several Wisconsin issuers and is also used on some extremely rare Minnesota scrip notes. The text is located in a large oval cartouche. Circular counters are diagonal at the corners on a decorative parquet style background.
