PCGS Very Good 10 Apparent.  Notes from this issuer are rare, and these are the first we have cataloged from the Fredericksburg merchant. In a wide format on brown paper, similar to county notes. An undulating pattern is on the wide left end and TEN CENTS is across. The Rarity 4E rating (25-49 known) seems inaccurate. This is much rarer from our experience cataloging Virginia Civil War scrip. Notes from the issuer were important enough to be in the public session of the 1983 NASCA Affleck auction and not the \"Mail Bid Only\" section reserved for less expensive lots. Noted with \"Minor Mounting Remnants and Damage.\" The faults are minor compared with the rarity of the note and the popularity of the location. Ex: Eric P.
