This green Justice seal note with border (e) has four signatures. It is exceptionally well margined, mostly broad. The seal is blurry compared to the orange seal note previous. With beautifully penned signatures and overall vibrancy, it is superior to the Ford X note sold in May 2006 for $4,600. Very few Georgia seal notes of all types are certified above this grade.
