Colonial American Fiscal Paper - Lot of 3 Early American Fiscal Items. An eclectic trio of early American fiscal pieces. Third of Exchange from Robert Morris to London for 150 pounds, April 6, 1786. A \"Third\" in Gothic is at the top left. Fancy script engraving is at the left end, and signed by \"ROBt. MORRIS\" at bottom right. Issued, and appears Fine, but heavily laminated in thick plastic; Similar, but a Fourth of Exchange from Robert Morris to London, for 150 Pounds, December 3, 1792, with a small \"4th.\" at bottom left. On the left end, his name is elaborately engraved in script letters. \"ROBt. MORRIS\" is signed on the face at bottom right. Endorsed on the verso by the payee. Fine, with a tape repair; Hand-accomplished debt repayment form, Sept. 11, 1773, paid \"in currency.\" Stained, otherwise Fine. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society \n\n
