The key to the note's identification is its tie to the Merchants Bank, New Bedford and payable with that cashier, which is noted in fine text at the top. Typeset on white paper with TOWN OF WESTPORT at each end within pattern borders. Only some \"Stains\" are noted, but this consists of some minor foxing. Ex: Eric P.
