PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.  This is a fascinating alteration of an \"Altered Note\" that is a variant of RI-540 A60. The added male portrait in the lower right corner better matches the description of the genuine $10. A proper listing would be RI-540 A60a. The note was originally altered from the Farmers Bank of Wickford, RI. Workers loading baskets of corn are at the center with red \"X\" protectors flanking; Plenty and Justice are at lower left with a shield showing an anchor; the male portrait discussed is at lower right. \"Pinholes\" are noted and minor.
