On close inspection, the note is perfectly graded. But at a glance the note appears to be a high end XF example, particularly from the all important face side: as pretty as any VF note that you are ever likely to find. Fr. 268 is the most common of the three Educational $5 notes. The total known, according to Track & Price, of just over a thousand pieces, is roughly equal to the sum of the known 269s and 270s together. An ideal note for type and in a perfect collector grade.
