Padgett Coupon Co., Topeka on the back margin. Text is in the left center, and an ornate counter is at upper right. The back has a farmer in the center. Top text has \"Will Not be Taken...\" and bottom text has \"Does Not Represent Money...\" The Rarity-4 listing seems conservative; we have not cataloged an example and we believe this series is rarer.
