UG21. PCGS Fine 15.  The subsequent enactment, also engraved on the green back, used the same face plate as the earlier 1863 series, with a new engraved \"1865\" date. The face style is the same, with the interesting vignette to the right of the obligation showing America as a Native American princess, seated among the clouds with her arm around an eagle with wings outstretched. The eagle, draped with the Stars and Stripes, holds an olive branch while standing upon a globe on which is the word AMERICA. At the upper left is Moseley's portrait as engraved for the series. Numeric counters on lathe work are in the lower left and upper right corners. The state seal is at the base. It has a green security back, as in 1863, but with a different enactment date of February 20, 1865. The title is at top, enactment at bottom, and large white \"1\" at the sides. Heavy perpendicular endorsement is at the center of the back. Considered Extremely Rare (2-4 known) in Shull-Criswell; a few have surfaced from collections in the past few years.
