The figure at left holds a scroll showing a train while the figure at right holds a plow and grain, symbolizing the partnership of transportation and agriculture necessary to make the country flourish. The brown security back shows the title at the center flanked by circular \"3\" dies composed of Durand-patented elements. Plate A. No. 39083. Not cancelled.
