Hall was listed as a dry goods merchant in Zanesville from 1825 to 1830. The top center shows a very crowded harbor scene. Complementary vignettes are in the upper corners: A seated woman in fancy dress leans her elbow on an urn and looks toward the right end; the standing sailor at right leans on an anchor and looks to the opposite end. Noted with an \"Edge Tear at Top Left,\" that is not a significant detraction. Ex: Eric P.
