Bold black printing in the counter and seal enliven this lovely note. Agriculture and Mechanics in classical dress are at top center; at right is the reverse of a Spanish Colonial coin. The left end panel shows a farm woman taking a rest. Hope, resting on her anchor as her drapery swirls about, is in the right end panel.
