The layout as on the previous Cr. 13 notes with Jefferson Davis at top center and a red ONE protector. Noted with \"Small Edge splits; Hinge Remnants on Back.\" The final blue Cr. 13 example from an interesting six-note set printed upon different New Orleans bank drafts. Ex: Eric P.
