A 3 pence denomination from the series, one of five authorized and issued. A similar engraving style is used throughout the series. Ornamental borders are on the face and back. \"Aaron Ogden. Clk.\" is engraved on the face. The back shows the denomination with small ornaments, a thistle and a fleur-de-lis, flanking. The imprint of S. Kollock is at the bottom.
