At top center a steamboat with a very large flag sails along. Issuer, denomination and obligation are across. A swirling ribbon-like border is all around and a cartouche is formed at left and right by decorative linear elements. Textual denominations are within. Noted with \"Minor Rust Stains.\" This note is bold and vibrant, with the assigned technical grade conservative for its tremendous eye appeal. A top caliber Louisiana scrip note. Ex: Eric P.
