PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent.  The bank was short-lived and the notes are very rare. This is another Shank Plate Note loaned from the Newman Collection for illustration in the book. William Harrison of Philadelphia engraved this enchanting $5 note. At top center, framed by the branches of a large tree, a seated man fishes as sheep graze on the opposite bank. Numerical counters are flanking at the top, and a \"V\" is seen at the base. End panels have grapevine details, the denomination, and MARY=LAND on banners. Despite the mentioned \"Tape Repaired Edge Damage; Small Edge Splits and Tears,\" this note presents its sharp printing and vignette definition exquisitely.
