DE-59. PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  An attractive B. Franklin and D. Hall imprint note which has seen normal circulation. Rare, and only three others have been graded at PCGS. There is a hard crease, and the corners are rounded, but the note is solid and much paper body remains. Small ink blots are on the nature print and top vignette, but the imprint is bold at the bottom. Noted with \"Small Edge Splits; Stains on Back.\" An attractive Franklin and Hall note from the face.
