Printed from a very sharp copper plate; its diagnostics compare favorably with the known proof. A small, oval portrait of Liberty with pole and cap, reminiscent of early United States coppers, is surrounded by fifteen stars. At the left end is TEN on a shaded panel. There are two circular dies with continuous PUBLIC UTILITY. Noted is \"Edge Tear UL; Mounting Residue on Back.\" This note faces up beautifully and is an early District rarity. Ex: Eric P.
