NY-147. PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  An interesting, very rare series with only one denomination authorized and a small print figure of 1,000 notes. Printed by James Parker on two-part paper; the back is coarse. A solid note, it is not split in half as are most printed on this type of paper from New York. The face details are clear and fairly well margined, though the corners are slightly rounded.
