Winter and redeemable in three states. It was payable in Columbus, Georgia and also at his New York City office. There at a significant discount of 20%, which is stated in the fine print perpendicular at the left. Finely engraved with banknote style by Underwood, Bald, Spencer & Hufty/Danforth, Underwood. At the top center is seated Agriculture using a large \"2\" as a chair. Cameo medallion heads are at each end. The John G. Winter signature is engraved. Very sharply printed and an excellent example.
