PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  An interesting note from a scarcer Parish. This change note printed on white paper in blue appears to be a sleeper. We have handled only one, superior to this, and it realized $4,406.25 in January 2013. A classic dog and safe motif is at the center below the title. Flanking \"50\" counters and protector are in red, with the balance of the note printed in blue. Grading notes \"Edge Damage.\" Difficult to estimate with the pieces missing from the upper left, but a specialist might not find another for quite awhile. Ex: Eric P.
