The style of the note is unusual compared to others. It has the appearance of a \"check\" and not a scrip note. Printed on white paper in all blue by Enquirer Print, Provo. A plain double-line border is all around. Drop-shadowed EAST STORE is in center. The written denomination is at upper left and date at top. The bottom has space for the written amount and signature.
