The busy port vignette, most recently encountered at the lower left of Racine's Commercial Bank $1 note, appears here at the center beneath the title. At the lower right is a picture of a young boy dressed as a sailor. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and \"Mounted on Cardstock\" as made.
