The bottom center vignette shows a steamboat sailing by an industrial area. Upper corners have \"2\" dies, and bottom corners show ornate frames enclosing printed serial numbers. Letter A. Signed by Sussisky as commissioner. No. 30748. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled,\" with star-shaped holes, and with \"Small Edge Splits; Pinholes.\" A well above-average grade example with much paper body. Underrated in this condition. Ex: Eric P.
