This is a scarce branch note from the Vicksburg home railroad bank. It has classic 1830s-style engravings by Underwood, Bald & Spencer. With hat in hand and holding the American flag, a sailor stands on a wharf at the top flanked by denomination counters. Ends show identical cameo heads at the center. The base vignette shows an early passenger train traveling away. Noted with a \"Small Edge Tear at Left.\" Notes from the issuer, series, and branch are not often offered at auctions.  Ex: Eric P.
