The face margins are wide, and the face-to-back registration is nearly perfect. A few points were discounted by PCGS due to a small red ink blot on the chain from what appears to have been signature ink at issuance. Plate A. No. 387040. Signed by B. Brannan in red. Though this has a petty back fault, it is one of the eight Uncirculated notes graded by PCGS. In addition to this Newman note, there is a Choice New 63PPQ.
