He's wearing a dark suit with a boutonniere in his lapel.  He has light/white hair and a mustache with slightly upturned ends.  His left arm is resting on the table, and he's gesturing with his right.  On the table is a piece of paper, a glass decanter with clear liquid in it, and two glasses, one partially filled.  The other man is standing just to the right of the first man.  He's more flashily attired, in a medium colored/grey suit, striped shirt and a large pearl stickpin in his dark tie.  His dark hair is covered by a light colored hat, possibly a homburg.  His left hand is on his hip, and his right holds a cigar.  Both men are making welcoming gestures.  The caption reads;  \"Come on girls,\"  exclaimed Lubarsky. I want you to shake hands with my friend, Colonel Smith of Detroit.\"  The grammatical error with quotation marks was part of the caption.
