A seated mechanic is at center right, with a smoking factory in the background. At far left end is the emblem of Paddy Mills, Va. with a female portrait in an oval. Commercial goods are above and a train below. Noted with \"Hinge Repaired Edge Tears.\" There are few private issuers from Rhode Island, and this is a significant Virginia tie note. Ex: Eric P.
