CF1, Olsen 630, Medlar 69. PCGS Extremely Fine 40. The Consolidated Fund notes are complex and have many variants. They were also issued to specific individuals and are often countersigned on the plain back. The $100 CF1 is an iconic type. Obligations are across, and ends are ornate with text in cartouches. This is issued to and countersigned by Kelsey H. Douglas, issuer of engraved scrip notes from Nacogdoches, TX. That makes this an intriguing example and important tie to other Texas currency. Noted as \"Cross-Cut Cancelled,\" as are the majority of Texas notes from the period. Very bold and fascinating. Ex: Eric P.
