PCGS Extremely Fine 45 Apparent.  The Saint Louis Democrat Litho. and Printing Co. produced this \"County Warrant\" note with space for the handwritten denomination. The County Seal is quite prominent at the left end and vies for attention with the central vignette of an allegorical female. An eagle atop the stars and stripes shield is at the upper right. The brown printed back has space for the written reissue date and signature of the president of the supervisors. The paper is crisp, but the Apparent designation was assigned due to a \"Piece Missing at Top Left of Center.\" We have handled the Rothert Plate note, superior to this and realizing $402.50 in January 2010.
