P.) Whigham was a San Francisco photographer, with a studio at 1615 Fillmore in 1907. He was born in Aug. 1866 in Northern Ireland and emigrated to the United States in 1872.  He married Annie Frytogel Fogel in 1888. At the time of the San Francisco Earthquake, his studio was at No. 933 Market Street, but was completely destroyed by the earthquake and fire. He was one of the first photographers to reopen his studio. His operated his new studio in the Whigham Building at 1615 Fillmore Street until the time of his death on June 23, 1932 due to complications from a fall in June 1931.
