This structure, to have 21,500 square feet of floor space, will house a Hagstrom Food Store, Winchell Distributing Co., a drycleaners, Beautilities, Inc., Ellington Launderette, and Goulart Dress Shop. Construction is expected to start soon on other parts of the project, to involve more than a million dollars worth of construction. J. Cyril Johnson, a Menlo Park contractor who is a partner in the trade center, is doing the construction.
