Later, our father, Louis]' Foppiano, was born in the original home, which is depicted on the label. In our interest to preserve tradition, we have chosen \"Riverside Farm\" as the name for our new line of barrel aged generic wines.  These wines are made in a style to complement food. The French Colombard gives the white blend higher acidity, whereas the red (made primarily from Zinfandel) was blended to reduce tannin thereby producing a lighter drinking style. Aging selected lots of the Premium Dry Red and Premium Dry White in small oak barrels has given the wines additional body and complexity.  We feel that our new line of Riverside Farm Premium Dry Wines would be an excellent choice to enhance the finest cuisine.
