Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries) The Anderson Ranch is situated on a grassy knoll, on the east side of Petaluma Boulevard North, off of Cinnabar Avenue (formerly MarshaJI Avenue) on three parcels that comprise 21 acres (only two of these parcels were looked at). The property i bound by commercial and rural residential to the north, south, and west and the Petaluma River and the Northwestern Pacific Railroad tracks to the east. Eucalyptus windbreaks and oak trees dot the landscape in addition to a variety of fence lines, in particular remnants of a stone waH. Several buildings are located on this ranch . The entrance to this property is by way of Cinnabar Avenue, a partially paved driveway. A one-story house, garage, and several chicken houses are located on the south side ofthe driveway which are using the address of 195 Cinnabar Avenue. A larger, two-story residence, gun shop and other outbuildings are located across the driveway to the north. This complex uses the address of 196 Cinnabar A venue.
