The Savoy was a literary and artistic 'little magazine' that began publication in 1896, a year after Oscar Wilde's arrest, and ran for only eight issues throughout that year. Co-edited by Aurthur Symons and Aubrey Beardsley, the magazine attempted to place distance between itself from the Decadent movement that Wilde belonged to.
