In India, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Physics, as well as a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry. From a very young age, however, he had an insatiable desire to come to America. After attempting to immigrate through several avenues, he was finally able to move to the United States in 1977 to St. Louis, Missouri.
