Her education background is a collage of business, arts and humanities. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in art history from Vassar College, MBA from Harvard Business School; and more than two decades of banking career later, a master's degree in Chinese Art from SOAS in London. She worked for Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in equities in her entire career. Art collecting and philanthropy is at the center of her life outside of career in finance.
