ARCHITECTURE: A two-storey box-shaped brick building in Ontario Vernacular style with a high hipped roof. Central hipped-roof dormer with a new window. ENVIRONMENT: Well landscaped with interlocking brick steps and front yard parking space. USABILITY: INTEGRITY: The veranda has been removed and replaced with brick steps, which need restoration, and a metal railing. Bricks have been repointed, but the mortar was not coloured to match. Metal eaves and shutters. Replacement front door and plain wood surround. The rear one-storey addition has a flat roof and a second-storey open deck with a window converted to a door.
