E.Rusby, Gardener, and Annie Rusby, MW, Part Lot 84, 266 Brant St. Information and photographs from Mrs Bhalla, 332 3658 (summer 2000): Photograph of Annie and Albert Rusby; they lived at 266 Brant St. and grew fruits and vegetables on a 400-acre Farms and Farming. Their daughter Evelyn Craig - married in 1947. ARCHITECTURE: A two-and-a-half storey vernacular-style L-shaped brick building. The pedimented front gable is clad with narrow shiplap boards and has a small window. The undated photographs show the original cobblestone verandah. ENVIRONMENT: USABILITY: INTEGRITY: The original wrap around verandah was replaced circa 1990 by an addition with replicated dentillated frieze, paired windows and panels.
