J. and Lly Thomas, Tenants, 68 Caroline ARCHITECTURE: A two-storey Edwardian vernacular building clad with stretcher-bond brick. The windows are wood sash, with decorative mullions in the the upper panes, radiating voussoirs, and dressed stone sills. A slightly projecting bay with paired windows matching the others has a high hipped roof. ENVIRONMENT: USABILITY: INTEGRITY: The verandah has been enlarged and enclosed with glazing and cedar shingles.
