Edwards, 25 Caroline ARCHITECTURE: A one-and-a-half storey cottage in a mixed vernacular style, clad with stretcher-bond brick on the first level. The wide front pedimented gable has paired six-over-one wood sash windows. The triple windows on the lower level are 9/1 wood sash {replacement?} set in a segmental opening with radiating voussoirs and dressed stone sills. The projecting porch has short grouped pillars on brick bases; Craftsman-style brick edges by the front steps. ENVIRONMENT: Attractive landscaping with mature conifers.
