The western boundary runs through St Luke's Church, Cemetery and Avenue to the \"Nelson Gravel Road\", now Plains Road East. The eastern boundary from Freeman follows what is now Brant Street to the northern bounds of properties on Caroline Street, then south along the edge of Brant's Block to the Concession Road for Con III, South of Dundas Street (SDS), now New Street. Hager Creek and Rambo Creek are prominent, though not named. Undeveloped surveys are also shown: Augustus Bates, W.
