ARCHITECTURE: A two-and-a-half storey Edwardian vernacular building clad with stretcher-bond brick. The high hip roof has an offset pedimented gable, which is echoed by an offset pedimented gable on the vernadah roof, above the entrance. The verandah roof is supported by Doric columns on brick bases. A semi-octagonal hanging bay window at the side. ENVIRONMENT: USABILITY: Duplex. INTEGRITY: A large one-storey rear addition. Aluminum storm covers.
