There was a Supertest gas station there as well. Ice cream sundaes and banana splits were also sold. Tom Bright walked to work at Hallidays and his father Teddy walked to another lumber yard (perhaps Oliver W. Rhynas, who bought the Nicholson lumber yard and later sold it back to Nicholson). They both worked at Nicholson's in the end. They may have owned the restaurant for 5-6 years.
