He sold the older property to John and Jane Smith in 1922. The Williamson family had previously lived on Hager Avenue and sold this property to move to a market garden property on Pine Cove Road. Two of their Children and youth, Bruce and Betty, were born in this house. Their older brother Bruce had been born on Hager Avenue. Williamson owned the property to First Street, later sold as building lots. This property was owned after 1932 and until 1938 by Dr and Mrs Blanchard, the uncle and aunt of the Williamson Children and youth. A heart condition confined Dr Blanchard to the ground floor.
