Notice the wiper blade extending down onto the split windshield. An optical illusion makes it look as if one half of the windshield is missing. The windshield could be opened from the bottom for ventilation. In the background are the Bullock greenhouses and to the right the barn with sign announcing Homestead Greenhouses, Fruits and Vegetables. There is snow on the ground and the greenhouses, but it appears to be a mild day since Alf wears an open jacket and no gloves. By the time this photograph was taken the Bullock Farms and Farming had branched into a florist business called Homestead Greenhouses.
